• Debuffs enemies with takes more damage-over-time and deals less ultimate skill damage
• 3☆ passive increases his attack if HP is above 75%

Cons

• Need a long time to ramp up
• Damage-over-time doesn't scale with basic attack/ultimate damage buff
• Couldn't be used on stages where there's a need to heal the boss
• Difficult to gauge the HP threshold if it has some gimmick/trigger
