1. Recently, some resourceful detectives have appeared in Klein! It's like you see a glimmer of hope. They could definitely solve the riddle that's been bothering you...

Seeing a supernatural phenomenon in the broad light of day?!
An ancient and unresolved case discovered in a text.
A close friend recently seems to have something weighing on their heart.

2. It's said the detectives usually gather in this coffee shop. You work up the courage to visit but find nothing. With no trace of the detectives in the shop, you think...

It's hard not to feel disappointed… Maybe it's better to come back another time?
This smells of a major incident! Something's definitely going on!
As expected, these unfounded rumors are unreliable.

3. Now that you're here, you look around a bit, hoping to run into the detectives. You decide to look for traces left by them in this plain yet comfortable coffee shop...

Asking someone directly will be most accurate. Let's talk to the owner!

It's too much of a hassle to tell or take him. Just hail a carriage for the old man.
The old man doesn't look familiar with the area. I better take him there myself.
I have memorized the map of the entire town! I'll tell him the exact route.

5. In thanks, the old man gives you a coupon, urging you give it a taste. Taking a whiff, the coupon smells familiar... Isn't this the smell of the coffee shop just now?

8. You discover that the woman is the thief. The vendor says that if kids didn't cause trouble, there would be no misunderstanding. Seeing the boy unhappy, you speak up...?

The one making the mistake is in the wrong. Ask the vendor and thief to apologize to the boy.

9. Taking the boy to a dessert shop, you see a long line. Two customers who ordered "gold-fur fruit cream puffs" got the same number, so they're arguing who can buy them.

Since it's impossible to prove who the owner of the cream puff is, just cut it in half!
If it's not possible for the numbers to repeat, one of them must be fake.

Detective Blade's Third Design

You have arrived at a carpenter workshop on the street. Inside is a person standing out, holding a magnifying glass to inspect a carving on a wooden board... Aside from writing, it's also covered in strange curving lines, brimming with character.

"This warm color and cute decoration would suit darling really well... Hm? You are?"

Hearing you call him, the detective turns around with eyes wide open. After telling him your reason for coming, he shows a big smile.

"That's right, I'm Detective Blade! As one of Klein's most famous detectives, just leave this commission to me!

Detective Rei's Final Experiment

You leave town, hearing explosions on what should have been a quiet country road. Following the sound, you see a young man detonating gemstones while talking to a bird on his shoulder.

"Hm, as expected. Controlling the output of essence lets you observe the internal structure through the way it explodes. The colors also change correspondingly..."

You call out nervously. Only then does the detective stop setting off fireworks.

"You're interrupting my observations just to commission me for something minor like this? Let me remind you, I won't hold back when I claim my reward."

Assistant Yakumo's First Attempt

Taking a few steps forward, you run into the youth from the dessert shop again. This time, you notice he wears what appears to be a coffee shop uniform. Thus, you hurry to him to ask information about the detectives.

"Huh, I'm a waiter at that coffee shop, though I'm just working there part-time... You're looking for the detectives?"

After listening to your worries with an earnest expression, the youth shows a warm, encouraging smile.

"Although I'm just a little helper, I know a few incredible detectives... They'll definitely help you out!"

One More Visit to Find the Truth

You find a youth dressed as detective sitting in the coffee shop. You go talk to him, but the door is pushed open.

"Oh no! Mr Eiden is already here..."

"The mission failed. Do we have to make a scene?"

"Rei, Blade, and Yakumo? You guys—"

The question is drowned out by a detonating gemstone, spreading colorful powder onto a cake with a strange candle on it. A board in the shop's style is raised high.

"This is the detective agency's surprise opening party! President Darling, don't hold back~"
